How do I invest in unlisted companies?
Two days of lectures and workshops that combine theory with practice on how to successfully invest in unlisted companies.
Date: Not set
Venue: Gothenburg or Piteå
Price: SEK ca 10000
The training is aimed at those who are currently active as business angels and invest in unlisted growth companies and startups. It is also an opportunity for those who have not yet invested in this type of company but are interested in doing so.
The training provides you with greater knowledge of what is expected of you as a business angel. It also gives you greater insight into how company valuation is conducted, evaluation of different opportunities, exit strategies, etc. Additionally, the training offers a network of others with the same will and ambition and opens up opportunities for co-investments.
The course is conducted with a large mix of theory and practical applications. As a participant, you need to engage with both thoughts and experiences. We will apply our newly acquired knowledge to real cases. To receive your diploma, you need to pass a final online test.
Previous business angel training courses have been very well received. A previous participant said the following about the training:
“The training has provided inspiration and good tools for assessing investments. I have also gained insight into different valuation options and an exchange of experiences with practical advice and tips from more experienced investors.”
After completing the training, participants are offered the opportunity to become members of an executive business angel group with regular meetings for an annual fee.
